STEP TWO: PAYMENT

We will send you an invoice. Once payment has been made, the project will begin.

REFUNDS

Every effort will be made to create design work that will please the client. However, because the nature of graphic design work is creating "custom" products, no refunds will be given for any design fees. This is contingent on the client's agreement to pay.

STEP THREE: CREATE

This is where the creative solution agents make all the magic happen.

STEP FOUR: REFINE

You have 2 rounds of revisions. We will implement feedback and make sure your design is to your liking. If more revisions are required, an additional fee will be applied.

Upon acceptance of the work, client accepts responsibility for any further processes in which this work is used (e.g. film outpost, printing, etc.) Designers are not responsible for errors occurring in this project after acceptance of work by client.

DELAYS

Any delay in the completion of a project due to external forces beyond our control (such as family issues, sickness, computer/internet related issues, holidays, emergencies, etc.) or actions of negligence of the client (ex: content delivery delays, delays in feedback and/or approval etc.) shall entitle Creative Studio Media (CSM) to extend the completion/delivery date, upon notifying the client, by the time equivalent of such a delay.

PROJECT REJECTION

Creative Studio Media has the right to reject any project that we are uncomfortable with or challenges the integrity of the business (i.e. nudity, offensive material, vulgar language, etc.) You will be notified if your order is rejected and the reason for rejection.

ARTWORK COPYRIGHT

Designs created by Creative Studio Media (CSM) are exclusive to each client, therefore the designs are yours once payment has been made. Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for will be a violation of Creative Studio Media's rights if they are used elsewhere.

PSD/AI (or any raw files) ARE NOT INCLUDED. If you desire to possess a raw file, client must pay 4 times of the cost of that particular design,

By entering into a project with Creative Studio Media, you are consenting to be held

by the terms of these policies and procedures.
